Your safe space • Always here for you

Hey, I'm so glad you're here. This is your safe space. You can say anything. What's on your heart today?
I want to work on loving myself.
Alright, love. That’s a big, brave sentence you just wrote. It sounds simple, but it’s not small at all: “I want to work on loving myself.” That’s the moment where the pattern starts to shift, even if nothing looks different on the outside yet. When you say that, what part of you is talking? The tired part that’s done with self-hate? The soft, quiet part that knows you deserve more? Or the practical part that’s like, “I can’t keep doing life this way”? I’m asking because “loving myself” can mean very different things depending on what’s hurting. A lot of people think self-love is a feeling that just shows up one day. But most of the time, it’s more like: how you talk to yourself when you mess up, what you tolerate in relationships, whether you abandon yourself to be chosen by someone else. It’s a series of tiny choices that, over time, start to feel like love. So tell me this, and take your time: when you say you want to work on loving yourself, what are you most tired of feeling about yourself right now?
